Please follow instruction given on product page and enter you desired text to be engraved in a text box.

We take pride in using high-quality materials for all our jewelry pieces. Our jewelry is crafted using sterling silver and stainless steel, 14k gold, or 18k gold, depending on the product. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure durability and longevity.

Since each piece is made to order, the production time may vary. Typically, it takes 2-3 days for our artisans to create your customized jewelry. Once it is ready, we will ship it to you using a secure and reliable shipping method. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. Can I return or exchange my customized jewelry?

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your jewelry, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
